Hi everyone,
If anyone is thinking of selling or letting on the development then please let me know as we at Aaron Estates will be able to pass on discounted rates for you as I?m also living in VQ.
Fees are 1.25% + VAT to sell sole agency and 6% + VAT for a tenant finding service and 10% + VAT for a fully managed service.

Viewings until 9pm Monday to Friday
Viewings on Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays

Advertising on Rightmove (50% market share) and other leading property websites so that its accessible to 1000?s of people

P.S We are also offering referral fees, if you can refer a landlord to us and we go on to let that property we will give you ?100, or if you recommend a seller to us and we go on to sell the property then we will pay you ?150. This is for postcode areas E14, E16, SE16, SE1, SE8, SE14
