Can only choose one response?   You can select multiple answers within the settings.   Not sure this is a question I can answer with just one choice.  :)

I have tried to change the settings but it seems once the poll is posted that option is not available.

I've changed it for you, users can now choose 5 options.   Is that ok?  or I can change it again.
