Washing machine door can't open

My washing machine door can't open, Indesit WD 12 X, anybody has such problem before? Any suggestion to fix it? Thanks a lot.

You've left it enough time to unlock?  If so, switch off power, leave 10 mins. Check that the relevant dial is set to 0 so no program is running. Switch back on.

If that fails, have you read the manual's troubleshooting section?

Thank you very much for the advice. Did leave plenty time to unlock, still doesn't work. The troubleshooting section inside manual doesn't mention the door at all. Ringed the Indesit, which will charge 150 quit for repair.
