Title: EICR elecrical report for Landlords.

Another Government scam to make landlords part with hard earned money. Government get 20% kickback in VAT returns!
From mid 2020 landlords now need EICR report.

Any recommendations for an electrician please?

I recently hired David Smallwood from Certified Electricians Ltd. 07951 966439.
Cost was £180, no VAT but some extra work needed as previously fitted kitchen had hidden electrical points he couldn't access. Probably an extra hour's work for £60.
Good service provided and very thorough paperwork.
