Can someone please recommend a trustworthy cleaner for once a week 4/5 hr job. I see Paula's name in the posts but her phone is not contactable

Also please advise on the going rate per hour?

Going rate is around ?10 an hour, which is cheap around here.

And just how large is your apartment to need 5 hours of cleaning!! 

Paula was able to do my 3bed/3bath house and ironing in 3.

May I ask if she can do the  end of tenancy cleaning? Or can someone recommend a good professional cleaner for the deep cleaning? :-).

Paula not really suitable for that sort of cleaning, as far as I know, though I may be wrong.  I suggest calling her to discuss your exact requirement.

I would ask the hut guys if I were you, especially Sam.  They will know the firms that have done that sort of work before on the site.  No matter how good a Mrs Mop is, they don't have the deep cleaning equipment.

Sam is the assistant manager of the estate.

You'll likely find him in or near the Concierge Office.
