Title: Landlords - Gas & Electricity Certificates - recommendations

Hi,

Although a resident of Virginia Quay for number of years, I have now moved out and am renting my apartment. I have a new tenancy coming up and need the flat serviced for gas & electrcity certificates. Since I last did this my local, friendly plumber and electrican have moved on.

Does anyone have any recommendations. I prefer to use some I can build a relationship with rather than calling the bigwigs.

I always use a company called Gas-Elec. I've never had any problems with them. He came last week to my prop in Wotton court and posted the cert two days later.
