did you have any success letting your  flat out? im thinking of doing the same and was wondering what your went for and if you had any joy getting someone from the forum.

My spec is similar to yours but in Studley court.

There was a leaflet through today from Royal Docks Property Services and they claim to have let properties in VQ for:

Adventurer's Court - 2 bed - ?350pw
Studley Court - 1 bed - ?270pw
Sail Court - 2 bed - ?300pw
Bartholomew's Court - 2 bed - ?350pw

I'm sure they will have their management fee in that, and those rents would be at the top of what you could ask.

Im currently renting 2 bed 2 bath flat in Studley Court; on and off, I've lived here for about 5 years.
We have found our current appartment through this same forum...
In mid August our rent agreement expires and as our landlord is selling the flat we need to move out. If you would still have an appartment to rent, we would like to take a look.
