Window handles broken

Hi,
Does anyone know where can we get replacement for window handles.
I live in studley court and we have 2 of them broken and windows can not be closed at all as as winter is a not far,need fixing asap.

Does anybody have any ideas where these can be sourced,please let me know.

I replaced a handle and I am no DIY person at all.
The complicated bit is buying the correct handle.

This is a link to the handles I bought, but read the description carefully and see if it matches with any that you are trying to replace. There are right hand and left hand ones, and there are lips are of different lengths too. Take the current one off and check what style it is and measure the lip.
