Another Government scam to make landlords part with hard earned money. Government get 20% kickback in VAT returns!
From mid 2020 landlords now need EICR report.

Any recommendations for an electrician please?

I need one too. Was looking on Gov website that lists all properties with one for a given postcode and then it lists what company supplied it. I see Completeepc did some locally. Prices from £24.95 'all inclusive'.
Can anyone beat that price?
