Title: Who manages satellite communal system in Studley Court?

We recently moved in studley court and our sky connection is not working. The sky engineer advised us that there is no satellite signal and the communal system is not managed by SKY.
Porter advised to reach out to company called Love Digital. When I called them, they suggested that they don't manage studley court.

I haven't got any clear answer from porter who manages satellite Communal system in studley court, in case anyone knows please do advise.

The porter should be able to give you contact details of the company that SKY have outsourced it to. There is a communial dish in Studley, however, I did used to have a number of reception issues when i lived there.

I live in studley court & have sky with no problems through the communal satellite feed.
