Does anyone have a recommendation for an EPC supplier in Virginia Quay?

I need one too. Was looking on Gov website that lists all properties with one for a given postcode and then it lists what company supplied it. I see Completeepc did some locally. Prices from £24.95 'all inclusive'.
Can anyone beat that price?
