Has anyone installed secondary glazing in the flats? Any recommended installers and the quotes you can share please?

Yes. Used Granville noise insulators. Had for a couple of years now. Good.

They installed triple glazing / noise insulation. Basically another noise and thermal insulating layer in front of the existing windows. Existing windows insulate badly. But with triple glazing the winters are warm.

I have used Access plastics (365 plastics) for secondary glazing. Its 3mm polycarbonate sheets. You put steel and magnetic tape and you are sorted. So much cheaper than glass ones and do the job for winters. You can either do it yourself or use another company called Magnaglaze. I have posted links for both. Goodluck
