Hi

Looking to sell our 2 bed 2 bath flat in Wingfield Court - we have lived in it since 2007 so it's in great condition and very spacious and light compared to some others. Was repainted throughout and with new (expensive) carpets 2 years ago. Comes with parking space.

With out estate agency fees we could potentially be quite flexible on the price!
