General Discussion / Scaffolding going up - Atlantic & Cape Henry - external redecoration

Don't know if everyone has received this, but from Monday scaffolding will be going up around two blocks for external redecorating work.
A couple of large container cabins have already been dropped off around the estate.

Atlantic Court & Cape Henry Court - external redecoration
Please be informed that external redecoration works for Atlantic Crt and Cape Henry Crt will start in the week commencing 23/05/2022.
Scaffolding towers will be placed around the buildings in week commencing 16/05/2022, portable cabins will be delivered within upcoming days.
Works are scheduled for 12 weeks and should be finished by 12/08/2022.
Works will be conducted Mon- Friday between 8:30am and 5pm, by the team of 2-4 workers".

looks like the refurbishment was completed. Up to date looks, with self checkouts. Nice. I've noticed they're still restocking some of the products and moving stuff around. So may take a little while before the selection is completely back to normal.

Hi
Is anyone aware of status of Settlers Court ESW?
And related estimate costs for remidiation?
I am trying to contact Urang. No concrete update. They are just working on this matter slowly. Other apartments have completed ESW forms. Why is Settlers Court not up to date on this matter.
I am trying to sell my property and this ESW form and Remediation estimate is most important document


Does anyone on the forum has information in this matter? I searched on this portal and I am kind of surprised that there is no existing thread in this regard!
