Looking for a 1 bed flat to buy in Virginia Quay, preferably Susan Constant, Adventurers, Bartholmew, Studley, Wootton Courts

Does anyone know what the going price is for a 1 bed flat in Virginia Quay these days?  Thinking of selling next year maybe - can't tell from the Land Registry as most sales seem to be shared ownership and the price for the proportion is shown but not what the proportion is.

I would say that the price right now for a one bed would be between 235-250k.

I have, after working in and around this area for three years, just started my own Internet based estate agent so if you would like a free valuation I would be more than happy to help. The last I know to sell was in Explorers court for a 30% share at 66,000, full value 220k, but the market is quite different now.

I?ve got a 1 bedroom flat that I'm about to put on the market, for a spring / summer sale. Its in Explorers Court with river and garden views , 6th Floors up. I own 100% of it, so it wont be a shared Ownership sale. Ive you're interested, please let me know. Cheers.
