I'm a newbie to the forum although I've been renting in the area for the last couple of years.
I like the area so much that I've actually been looking for a similar one bed flat to buy for the last few months. So far, my experiences with various estate agents and vendors hasn't been positive
so I thought I'd pop a note on this forum. My only requirements are that the flat be at least 40 sq meters, non-ex council authority (don't think this is relevant in this instance) and have a lease of at least 85 years.
I've no chain plus I have a mortgage in principle and conveyancers all lined up. My rental situation is quite fluid so I can either move fast or can be flexible for the right place.
