Dear Resident

I'm writing this post on your forum(with permission from the Administrator) to introduce my company and offer my services as a Gas engineer and Plumber.

After working on a similar Barratts development ( Palgrave Gardens NW1 6EJ) i have encountered the problems with the "Powermax" Boiler and the associated Flueing issues and can offer a couple of options should you wish to replace this appliance and would be happy to offer you a free quotation based on your requirements.

I am a Gas Safe registered engineer and am part of the Trading standards scheme "Buy with Confidence " , with the help of "Google" you can see my feedback on the Mybuilder website and my customer at Palgrave Gardens is more than happy to offer a reference of my work

I can recommend Rob, he completed the fitting of gas flue inspection hatches in my flat, very little mess and a good finish.
I'm sure the other 10+ residents in VQ having their fittings this week will also agree.
